4” line with valve at front of tank.  Line will be 45° up at rear.

Man ways:

20” man ways front and curbside rear.  Three non-sealing hatches on roof with safety bars

Welds:

All welds continuous including substructure and cross members.

22,500# axle with DOT approved braking system and new 11.0 x 22.5 tires on steel wheels.
